The passageway takes a sharp turn west here but a pool of water
covers the floor, lapping up at your feet. The water is murky and
the stench is awful.

"The pool looks like a great place to find a monster!"

The rock breaks the surface of the pool with a splash. After a few moments, a large creature climbs out of the pool.

The creature is humanoid, with pale slimy skin and a round mouth filled with sharp teeth. It makes you think of a flukeworm gone horribly wrong.

"I don't know anything about 'flukeman'. I blame aliens."

Tee hee! I HAD that Hitchhikers game on a 5 1/4 floppy. Why hasn't it been made into a movie with Angelina Jolie, I wonder?
